Step 1
Create your organisation profile
Add the key information about your organisation, participating locations and sustainability lead.
Step 2
Start Bronze
Open the first set of manageable environmental tasks. Each task explains why it matters, what the organisation needs to do, what evidence is accepted and its current status.
Step 3
Complete each action
Answer a short question and provide simple evidence where required. Evidence may include a photograph, screenshot, invoice, checklist, meeting note, document or short written confirmation.
Step 4
Confirm each action
Record what you have done and confirm that the action is complete. You can reopen and update any completed action at any time. Each completed action immediately counts towards your award progress.
Step 5
Achieve your award
Complete all required tasks within a level to achieve the award. Your personalised certificate is generated automatically — no external reviewer approval is required. All levels are available from the beginning, so you can explore the GMB Platinum Award — independently verified by ZeroBees — at any time.
Step 6
Maintain your evidence
Completed actions, uploaded evidence, certificates and future priorities automatically feed into the organisation’s live Sustainability Evidence Pack.
