This policy explains how the Green Means Business Platform (Green Means Business and HyGe, trading names of Veraco Ltd) collects, uses and protects your personal information in line with UK data-protection law.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, work email, organisation details and any information you choose to record as part of your sustainability actions and evidence.

How we use it

We use your information to provide your account, generate your certificates and Sustainability Evidence Pack, and communicate with you about the service. Transactional account emails do not depend on marketing consent.

Marketing consent

Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately. You can change your preference at any time in Account Settings.

Data isolation

Your organisation information is kept separate from other organisations. Only authorised administrators can access account information for support and administration.

Retention and deletion

You may request export or deletion of your personal information from Account Settings. After permanent deletion we retain only essential audit information where legally justified.
